1. Use of the Service

1.1 You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

1.2 The Service allows you to generate visual or audiovisual content using artificial intelligence tools. All content generated through the Service ("Generated Content") is created under your sole direction and responsibility.

2. User Responsibility

2.1 You acknowledge and agree that all Generated Content is solely your responsibility. You assume full liability for any claim, damage, or dispute arising from the use, publication, or sharing of Generated Content.

2.2 You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share any content that is:

• Illegal, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise offensive ("NSFW" content);
• Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of a third party;
• Depicting real persons without their explicit written consent;
• Promoting hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

3. Copyright and Ownership

3.1 You retain ownership of the ideas and creative direction you input into the Service.

3.2 1 More Shot retains all rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to its underlying software, algorithms, and brand assets.

3.3 You grant 1 More Shot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Generated Content for internal purposes such as improving model performance, analytics, and showcasing anonymized examples, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 The Service may include paid features, including one-time purchases or subscription plans.

4.2 No refunds will be issued for any completed generations, credits, or subscription periods that have begun.

4.3 In case of technical issues preventing generation, users may contact support at support@onemoreshot.ai for review.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5.2 1 More Shot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any Generated Content.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1 More Shot, KRNL, and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
